04. What Is a Point Level Switch?

Point level detection only detects whether material reaches a fixed position and provides an on/off switch signal, used for high/low level alarm.
Continuous level measurement continuously measures the actual liquid or solid level height and outputs a variable analog signal, which can show real-time level value for inventory monitoring and continuous process control.
